WORKMANS COMPENSATION/ INSURANCE FRAUD (Continued)

The investigator documents via videotaping and detailed reports the claimant's activities while suffering from a supposed physical or mental impairment preventing rendring the claimant from working. These investigations are billed on an hourly basis.

All surveillance investigations are worked a minimum of four (4) hours.
Rates range from $75.00 - $125.00 per hour
and .50 cent per mile for each investigator.
